Hi loves! So, my topic of this discussion for this post is eating habits. Who else has a hard time making healthy eating choices or just can't adjust your diet to make it a tiny bit less carbs & a little more protein?! *RAISES HAND* I know I do! For the last three weeks I have been trying to change what I eat, and also portion my food. I also began going to the gym at least 3-4 times a week, if not more. Buuuutttt I haven't seen a difference 😔 I have the HARDEST time choosing healthier options when I'm out, and start binge eating! Ugh...any suggestions? Or tips? It'd be greatly appreciated!
